At La Rochere, we take pride in the artisanal quality of our French glassware and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure the Glassware

  Carefully pack the items in their original protective inserts and shipping box to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned glassware for damage or use, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
