All our glassware is proudly manufactured in France at our historic glassworks factory in Passavant-la-Rochère, which has been operating since 1475.

Yes, our mechanical glass collections are exceptionally durable and designed to be dishwasher and microwave safe for everyday use.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are processed within 2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What should I do if my items arrive damaged?
While we pack our glassware with extreme care, accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please email us photos of the items and packaging within 48 hours for a full replacement.
